 I’m Tamsin Holland, a recruitment and workforce consultant with 20 years of experience across agency and internal recruitment. Working within healthcare, banking and government.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped organizations improve recruitment strategies, streamline hiring processes, implement ATS solutions, develop hiring manager training, and create practical systems that make recruitment more effective and efficient.

My professional development includes Prosci Change Management certification, an AIHR Organizational Development Certificate, a Content Marketing Certificate through HubSpot Academy, and the Indigenous Canada Certificate from the University of Alberta.

My content marketing expertise adds another dimension to my recruitment consulting, allowing me to help organizations strengthen employer branding, job postings, recruitment content, and candidate attraction strategies—helping the right people find and connect with their opportunities.

Outside of consulting, you’ll usually find me at the barn with my horses. They’ve taught me a lot about patience, communication, consistency, and trust—qualities I bring to my work and client relationships.
